Gary speaks about energy and various other sector ETFs in this podcast segment.  In his discussion regarding energy he focuses on some of the factors that have led to “old energies” superior performance over clean energy in 2008.  In the second half of the show he addresses strong sector ETFs listeners may look to in the economic recovery.  Some of the funds referenced are the PowerShares Wilderhill Clean Energy Fund (PBW), the S&P SPDR Oil and Gas Exploration/Production Fund (XOP), the Dow Jones Insurance Index Fund (IAK), the Vanguard REIT Index (VNQ), the Financial Preferred Index (PGF) as well as the Dow Jones Dividend Index (DVY).
