In the first half of this podcast Gary discusses why broader tech ETFs have been outperforming some of the more narrow sub-sectors.  The second half of the show focuses on retail and consumer discretionary ETFs, specifically their out performance of the major benchmarks.

Specific funds discussed include the iShares Dow Jones Technology Fund (IYW) the PowerShares Lux Nanotech (PXN) fund, the iShares Goldman Sachs Software Fund (IGV), the S&P SPDR Retail Fund (XRT) and the S&P Consumer Discretionary Select Fund (XLY) .
