		<description>&lt;p&gt;Interesting article - thanks.  I work in the Telecom sector and another reason the telco ETFs have performed well is because this sector was, along with tech, probably the worst hit during the dot com implosion of 2000/2003&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;So many telcos were forced to put their &#039;house in order&#039; - relatively speaking.  &lt;/p&gt;
