There hasn't been as big a defection since Arlin Specter flipped from Repub to Dem. That's right… media-friendly bear, Meredith Whitney, exclaimed that bank stocks would surge 15% in the near-term. With fewer and fewer financial bears speaking out, is it possible that there's light at the end of this tunnel?
