Are Oil ETFs Slip-Sliding Away?

According to The Street, oil futures are hitting 3-month lows. Some speculators argue that the seasonal summer pattern of increasing prices as well as lingering effects from the Gulf oil spill will push oil prices higher. Yet, others say supply and demand will push prices lower.
